FIND are a recruitment business that services the Human Capital market. We recruit in L&D, Education, Technology Training, Employability and Professional Services. That stuff isn’t too important, but hey, in case you’re interested.
We’re two years old with big plans to scale over the next 12 months. We have 10 colleagues at the moment and a target to have a squad of 14 by the end of 2024.
Talent Partner role:
We could use the term 180 recruitment, but we don’t like that. This is a bigger role than traditional 'Resourcing’
- Owning the talent pool creation strategy across our core markets
- Delivering on high-volume vacancy book, managing multiple roles across multiple clients
- Creating engaging Ad copy for each vacancy
- Delivering an excellent candidate experience from initial engagement through to offers & declines.
- Market research & mapping, supporting the Divisional Heads & Principal Consultants with identifying opportunity (getting your candidates in front of more clients)
Here’s some other bits, though we’re happy for these to be dropped for the right candidate:
- Liaising directly with clients to obtain shortlist feedback, interview requests and offers
- Attending vacancy qualification meetings with clients (and the Sales Consultants)
