Our Talent Acquisition team in UK & IE is growing, therefore we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Talent Sourcer to join our team and partner with the business and HR leaders and working closely with our Talent Partners, supporting multiple businesses to attract and hire top talent. Please note this is a temporary, on-going role, and you will be hired via our temp agency partner.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for various roles within ABB UK & Ireland.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive activities and engagement with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and work closely with Talent Partners and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and develop bespoke sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Close monitoring of various conversion rates, (passive candidates - active candidate – interviews – offers - starters) with the view to promptly identify areas of improvement.
- Promote our employer brand online and offline.
Your background
- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer and/or Talent Partner, preferably in an inhouse and agency setting
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business or HR related fields
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
- Ability to easily adapt to the digital and customer experience driven talent acquisition world
- Effective time-management abilities
- Excellent English language proficiency
