Tandoori Chef

Mustang Masala, a popular Indian and Nepalese restaurant located in Oakwood, Derby, is looking for a skilled Tandoori Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. If you have a passion for the art of tandoori cooking and a desire to work in a vibrant culinary setting, we want to hear from you!

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Tandoori Chef role, with a proven track record of working with tandoori ovens and preparing a variety of tandoori dishes.
• Mastery in marinating, seasoning, and cooking all kinds of meats, vegetables, and breads typical to tandoori cuisine.
• Strong understanding of the safety and maintenance requirements of tandoori cooking equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent team collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with head chefs and other kitchen staff.
