Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Chef to join our team. The Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality culinary experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare high-quality dishes in a timely manner
- Develop menus that meet quality standards and customer preferences
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or menu changes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide kitchen staff
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Familiarity with restaurant kitchen operations
- Understanding of food safety standards and procedures
- Excellent team management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Culinary degree or certification
- Experience supervising a team in a high-volume kitchen setting
- Proficiency in food production and presentation techniques

Pay: From £38,700.00 per year
