SalaryResponsibilities:
- Conduct client consultations to understand their tanning goals and recommend appropriate tanning packages and products.
- Operate sunbeds and other tanning equipment, ensuring a safe and effective tanning experience for customers.
- Educate clients on the safe use of tanning equipment and the importance of skincare.
- Manage appointments and walk-ins, providing efficient and friendly service.
- Handle transactions, including sales of tanning packages, products, and accessories.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all tanning areas and equipment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in tanning technology and skincare.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions with professionalism.
- Pick, pack, and process online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all online orders are packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Manage inventory for online products, keeping track of stock levels and notifying management of low stock.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of both in-store and online sales.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for managing appointments, processing sales, and handling online orders.
- A passion for the tanning industry; knowledge of tanning products and services is highly advantageous.
- Experience in a Picker/Packer or similar role is an asset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 40 per week
