This role is Fixed Term for 12 months.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Targeted Support Service previously known as Early Help within Children’s Services for a Fixed TermFamily Worker. We are seeking someone who is eager to be part of a service that is dedicated to providing the best outcomes for children, young people and families in Peterborough. This is an opportunity for you to be part of a dynamic team who support families who require a level of Targeted Support. The role will be to work directly with families and young people aged 0-19 years in the family home and community.
The successful candidate will have:
· A proactive and adaptable approach
· A passion for ensuring that Children and Families receive a positive and timely first experience of our service
· Experience of working with children and families
· Understand the Early Help Assessment framework
Appointment to this post will be subject to the outcome of an Enhanced Disclosure obtained through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
