The business offer lots of opportunity for internal progression within the wider finance team. Salary - GBP45-50,000 + 10% bonus and Hybrid working of 2/3 days.
Key Responsibilities of the Tax Accountant include:
- Supporting the Group Tax Manager in preparing the global corporation tax computations
- Prepare the quarterly VAT return.
- Proactively monitor VAT compliance
- Monitor import/export practices in relation to declarations, use of tariff codes and potential for duty misstatement.
- Support HMRC enquiries and audits in conjunction with professional advisors.
Key Skills/Experience of the Tax Accountant include:
- Confident in your ability to advise on issues relating to Tax matters
- Able to interpret and report data
- Ability to understand International Tax Matters
- Strong communicator, able to work with the wider Finance team
