Job Purpose- Manage a varied tax portfolio across compliance and advisory, working closely with the Tax Manager.
- Preparation and review of personal tax returns and computations.
- Preparation and review of P11Ds and PSAs.
- Lead technical research and developing reports.
- Manage HMRC enquiries, liaising on behalf of clients.
- Preparation of employment related securities returns.
- Work across the accounts and audit team, supporting with tax queries.
- Oversee junior staff, including workflow management, reviewing work, and providing training.
- Build strong rapport with clients, proactively handling queries and resolving complex issues.
- Keep up to date with taxation news and legislation.

- Experience with various software, including Alphatax corporation tax, caseware working papers, and CCH income tax.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Track record of portfolio management, including monitoring and reporting on all commercial aspects.
