Tax Compliance and Reporting Manager

A global bank are looking for a Tax Senior Manager to join their Direct Tax Reporting Team. This individual will be responsible for managing Tax Authority engagement across the EMEA region. The key focus of the role will be to coordinate ongoing tax enquiries and manage relationships with tax authorities across EMEA. This is a key and essential part of the role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare key deliverables to HMRC in relation to corporate Tax Compliance for the group
• Responsible for the preparation of SAO sign off the the group
• Corporate Tax for large companies & consolidated groups (accounting and compliance)

Qualifications
* 6 years of tax experience working in house or in practice
* Experience working with HMRC and other Tax Authorities.
* Exposure to European tax accounting and compliance issues
