Are you a Tax Director with practice experience who wants the opportunity to become a partner within 3 years within a practice that is growing, provides comprehensive training and is wanting someone hungry to grow their tax career and build a tax practice?

Do you want the opportunity to join a firm that has been established for over 20 years and has two young partners driving a fresh and comprehensive approach in developing their team and wanting a Tax Partner within the next 3 years who will be able to help grow and build the tax practice?

On offer is a fantastic opening to join a young, driven practice who are growing through acquisitions over the last few years while having in depth training available for the team, work in a hybrid environment, have created a friendly and casual feel to the office, while maintaining a high quality of delivery for their clients who range in size from sole traders to businesses worth £25-30Million.

In the role you will manage a team of four, work with a wide portfolio of clients in both corporate and personal tax, ensuring the delivering of high-quality tax compliance, accounting, VAT work by the team, while dealing with complex technical issues for your clients and growing your knowledge while managing client engagement and relationships.

This role would suit a Tax Director with practice experience who wants to grow their career quickly to become a partner, help a growing practice develop the tax division and can develop and grow their practice.
