I am currently working with a well connected (ex Big 4) Real Estate market specialist who is looking for ambitious Tax Director to join the bushiness to 'build something really exciting'.
This will be strategic hire to future plan for an impending partner retirement so you will have the chance to develop & enhance well established key working client relationships before inheriting a superb Real Estate portfolio client base, as well as bringing in your own work/relationships.
So with the above in mind, there is genuine scope to build on the current team, as well and a clear pathway to salaried partner and beyond.
There is a good sized team in place, so you will see you plunged into working alongside strong networks worldwide in a dynamic and multifaceted, fast paced environment.
Building and managing client portfolios from start ups to recognised Real Estate power houses & funds as well as some household names; you will oversee successful the delivery of technically challenging projects whilst liaising with clients and colleagues fluently and commercially driving the team forward. Projects and responsibilities of the role will see you involved within liaising with HMRC Stamp Taxes, SDLT's international reorganisations and restructurings, property transactions, real estate and share fund transactions, IPO's and listing.
