Up to £85,000 per annum D.O.E 

Can be based from any of the offices in the network (Bristol, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Cornwall, Somerset, Devon and Dorset)

We are on the lookout for a key hire – As the Transactional Tax Senior Manager you will work with the corporate team to deliver advisory services to a portfolio of private equity house and corporate clients.

Joining a dedicated team of over 100 spread across a network of offices across the south coast – you can be based from nay of the office locations.  

Experience and Qualifications

• CTA qualification, ACA or ACCA would be advantageous
• Demonstrable experience of working in a practice setting
• Previous experience managing a varied portfolio of clients
• Demonstrable experience of technical tax (company and shareholder taxation, structuring, and transactions)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven coaching ability

The Role

• Liaising with clients and internal teams
• Pricing new projects
• Preparation of risk assessments
• Creating and reviewing tax advice
• Review tax deeds and warranties in transaction documents
• Seeking clearances and advance assurance from HMRC
• Reviewing transaction documents for consistency
• Reviewing target company information
• Prepare transaction due diligence reports
• Liaising with non-UK firms in the network to obtain input on international tax projects and preparing advice on the impact of UK and non-UK taxes
• Providing coaching to junior members of staff
