Do you have the:
- Ability to deliver a wide range of tax advisory services that support clients' commercial transactions across multiple sectors incl:
- M&A, tax-efficient financing and reorganisations, handling disputes with HMRC and many other areas of tax advice and compliance
Would you like to work with:
- Listed companies, Private Equity owned groups as well as medium-sized groups more focused on the UK?
The ideal candidate will be ACA or CTA qualified (or equivalent), have several years of providing clients with advice on a wide range of UK corporate tax issues and would like a more entrepreneurial and hands-on work environment.
