Description
- Prepare and review tax returns and computations.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring all compliance deadlines are met.
- Provide tax planning advice and identify opportunities for clients.
- Correspond with HMRC on behalf of clients.
- Assist with tax investigations and enquiries.
- Contribute to departmental meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax law and regulations.
Profile
A successful Tax Semi Senior should have:
- A degree in a finance-related field.
- Professional qualifications or part qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
- Experience in a tax role within a professional services firm.
- Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent client management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
