Your Role and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Tax Management, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• The preparation and review of U.S. tax returns for insurance companies, investment funds and other U.S. tax filings
• Conducting U.S. tax research and drafting tax technical research
• The preparation of presentation materials for the marketing of U.S. tax services

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in U.S. taxation with a focus on partnerships and corporations, ideally within an international accounting firm.
• Compliance and consulting experience with financial services such as investment partnerships, hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and captive insurance is desired.
