Are you a passionate Electrical Installation professional who gets a buzz from helping young people thrive and achieve their very best? We have an exciting opportunity within our Construction Department for an Electrical installation Teacher.
Qualified teacher status is an advantage, but not essential.
We provide teacher training, if you are direct from the industry we support and provide teacher training to help your transition to qualified Teacher status within your first two years.
You’ll be responsible for shaping, nurturing, challenging, and inspiring the minds of Learners of all ages (16+) to develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviors to become construction professionals of the future.
As a professional in your field, we’d like you to have gained one or more of the following:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a qualified Electrician
- Relevant Electrical L3 qualification
- An understanding of Electrical Installation 2365 and 5357
We’d also like you to be as passionate about developing the next generation of talent and helping students and apprentices to build their confidence and skills, putting them in the best possible position to step into industry or progress to university.
