SalaryMy client secondary academy, based close to Market Harborough, are actively recruiting a teacher of Business and Economics to join them from August in the new academic year.
This is a full time and permanent position working in a school where teachers and staff are their most valued asset. The academy is looking for a dynamic Teacher of Business and Economics with a genuine passion for the subject to teach their students up to GCSE as well as in their sixth form provision for A Level students.
The successful applicant will need to be up to date in terms of subject knowledge and pedagogical techniques as well as ensuring that the department functions effectively as a team. Given the subjects being taught they are also looking for a teacher who keeps abreast of the business world and maybe brings with them practical non-school based experience.
Their business faculty places great emphasis on high quality teaching and learning and encourages participation in the continued review of their curriculum and assessment.
