Teachers - Academies for Character and Excellence

We have exciting opportunities which would especially suit early careers teachers as well as more experienced teachers with posts available in Torbay.

Starting in September 2024.

We are looking to appoint exceptional candidates who:

Our ECT program includes receiving excellent ongoing support through those critical early years of the teaching profession. In addition to school-based training and mentorship, ECTs are afforded the opportunity to take part in our own custom-made training program based on the ACE curriculum. Each session has a key focus and is led by a leading practitioner in that field. This training program has proven invaluable to our ECTs who collaborate with each other as they develop best practice.
