The Governors of Roe Lee Park Primary School & Nursery seek to appoint a highly motivated individual to join our hardworking and enthusiastic support staff team. Roe Lee is a vibrant community school with approximately 450 children on roll. We are proud of the caring and nurturing learning environment which pervades all aspects of school life and through which we aim to make all children feel happy and secure.
We are ambitious for the achievement of all our learners, regardless of background or need, and work hard to promote a life-long love of learning. We are seeking to appoint a full-time Teaching and Learning Assistant – SEND Support. This post will be based initially in the EYFS.
We are looking for someone who:
- Can work in partnership with staff, parents and other professionals to support the development of children with special educational needs.
- Has a strong understanding of the EYFS.
- Is able to meet the needs of all children through personalised support.
- Is determined to achieve high standards and progress for all children.
- Has excellent inter-personal skills.
