Job Description:
We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students across various subjects and age groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Support: Provide assistance to teachers in delivering engaging lessons, including one-on-one support for students who require additional help.
- Student Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment by encouraging student participation and assisting with activities and projects.
- Individualized Support: Work closely with students with special educational needs, implementing support strategies outlined in Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and ensuring their integration into classroom activities.
- Resource Management: Assist in the preparation and organization of teaching materials and resources, ensuring they are readily available for use during lessons.
- Behavior Management: Support teachers in managing student behavior, implementing behavior management strategies, and promoting positive interactions among students.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as record-keeping, attendance monitoring, and classroom organization to ensure efficient operation of the learning environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role within an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for education and supporting the learning and development of students.

Pay: £95.00-£110.00 per day
