Address Job Title: Teaching Assistant 1:1 Location: Widnes, UK Type: Full-time Salary: £11.50- £13.50 per hour Are you passionate about helping children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs succeed? We're looking for a caring Teaching Assistant to join a team at a Primary in Widnes. Key Duties: • Support students one-on-one, making sure they feel safe and can learn well. • Help with individual learning plans and behaviour plans for each student. • Create a friendly, supportive environment where students feel valued. • Work closely with teachers to adapt lessons for each student's needs. • Keep track of student progress and share updates with teachers and families. Requirements: • Experience working with SEMH students is essential. • A qualification like NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning is helpful. • Good communication skills and patience are essential. • Must care about including all students and respecting differences.
