These roles are full-time positions, offering a competitive pay rate of £450 per week, with the exciting prospect of transitioning to a permanent contract with the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support students with behavioural, emotional, and social development needs.
• Help prepare classroom materials and manage classroom activities.
• Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and parents.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting.
• Experience in a pupil referral unit or with students who have special educational needs is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• A proactive and flexible approach to work.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, NVQ) are desired but not essential.
