Job Description: We are looking for dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistants (TA) to join our team at remedy to go into secondary schools in Loughton, IG10. The ideal candidate should have experience in this role, and any qualifications related to education will be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to students in Key Stages 3 and 4, and occasionally Key Stage 5
- Work closely with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist in implementing educational plans and activities
- Motivate and inspire students to excel academically and personally
- Collaborate with the teaching staff to ensure the well-being and progress of students
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role is required
- Any qualifications related to education or teaching support are advantageous
- Passion for education and inspiring students to reach their potential
- Capability to motivate and support students in their academic journey
Working Hours:
- 5 days a week, full-time
- Hours: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Long-term employment with competitive rates
Location: Loughton, IG10
- Easily accessible by Central line train stations and buses
