Teaching Assistant

Teaching Assistant - Gateshead 
The Education Network is currently working in partnership with a school in Gateshead in search of a Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time temporary basis. The role is to start as soon as possible and has no fixed end date.
In order to be successful in your application, you must be confident and have some experience of supporting children to achieve their learning goals within a school setting, preferably with the secondary school age group (11-18).
Requirements for this role:
Be a qualified TA
Experience working with 11-18 year olds within the past 2 years
Have strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with staff and students.
Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
At least two years of work history/education which can be referenced.
A valid DBS certificate or the willingness to apply for one.
