KPI Education are urgently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work full time joining a primary school in Crewe on a permanent basis.
- Hours, Monday to Friday 08.30-16.00 (35 hours per week)

We are looking for an exceptional Teaching Assistant who is able to assist class teachers with the delivery of all learning activities and support pupils on both a one to one and group basis. It is essential that you can develop good relationships with children, support them and encourage them to engage within their own learning.
You will have an input in planning and evaluation of leaning activities which will enable staff to make informed decisions when developing their plans.
You will supervise educational visits to ensure the well being and safety of pupils both physically and emotionally. As well as this you will attend staff meetings and present/display children's work under the direction of teaching staff, ensuring that all achievements are celebrated.
General administrative task will form part of your role and all pupil progress will be recorded.

Be a qualified teacher and have teaching experience within the UK:
- Have a level 3 qualification in supporting learning in a school
- Committed to and experienced in raising pupil achievement
- Innovative, forward thinking and determined to make a difference
- Posses excellent classroom management skills
- Create motivating and inspiring lessons for all to succeed
- Have empathy and patience
