Teaching Assistant Level 2 - Fixed-Term until next July 2025
We are looking for an excellent Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated, forward-thinking and supportive team. This post will initially be fixed for a year until July 2025 with the possibility of extending the term. The successful candidate will be working across the school in different year groups. The role will include working with whole classes and small groups and also supporting children with additional needs on a 1-1 basis.
The hours of work will be 8.45am – 3.20pm Monday - Friday term time (including INSET days) with a 30-minute lunch break. At lunchtime you would then join our team of lunchtime supervisors to assist in the supervision of the children within the dining hall or on the playground.
Our new Teaching Assistant will be passionate about teaching and learning and place children at the heart of all that they do. They will thrive as part of a skilled and enthusiastic team and have the commitment, skills and experience to inspire and motivate children.

The ideal candidate will have, as a minimum, NVQ Level 2, and an interest in helping children achieve their best.
