Our parallel class structure means that our teams work closely and support each other with all aspects of teaching and learning. Less-experienced staff work alongside those more experienced, as we all learn from each other. We value our staff and are committed to developing our Teaching Assistants through a well-established coaching and training programme.
Moulton is a large, village school in a beautiful setting. We have all the values of a traditional village primary but in a modern and well-resourced environment that enables us to provide a broad range of opportunities.
