The Governors and Headteacher of Kells Lane Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant Level 3 from 1st March 2024.
You will be required to support teachers with resources, planning and creating a highly stimulating learning environment which provides rich, varied and imaginative experiences.
This will be achieved through 1:1 and small group work and by providing in-class support. This role will involve working across the school from EY through to Y6.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:
- High expectations of children’s learning and behaviour
- Excellent classroom practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energy, enthusiasm and a good sense of humour
- Promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils within the classroom
