This prestigious Secondary school in Monmouthshire is seeking an experienced and passionate Teaching Assistant to join their diverse team. This role has potential for permanent placement for the right candidate.
The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers to maintain an engaging and dynamic learning environment. You will be responsible for supporting students with additional learning needs on a one-to-one basis, helping them reach their full potential. Strong behaviour management skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.
If you have relevant experience, hold a Level 3 NVQ certificate in Children's Learning and Development or equivalent, and are confident in teaching English and Maths up to GCSE level, we want to hear from you!
