• Providing 1:1 support for students who require additional support.
• Building rapport with students and staff.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work in a school setting.
• Ideally, a relevant educational background or experience working with students.
• Knowledge of and adherence to school policies and procedures.
• Ability to engage and connect with students of various ages and backgrounds.
