Address Axcis are recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant to work at a specialist school in Preston full-time, to work with children or young people. The school provides an inclusive education for students with a range of complex needs. As a school care assistant, you must be open to supporting with personal care. You may be required to work across several age groups, so flexibility is essential. A successful Teaching Assistant will have the following: • Experience working in a special school or care setting • A willingness to carry out personal care • A willingness to engage in activities with the children. • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude. • Be reliable and consistent • Be available during the working hours 8.30am – 3.30pm and able to commit to a full-time role (term-time only)
