About us
At Roundwood Primary School, our children are at the centre of everything we do. We pride ourselves on the relationships we develop and the nurture we offer; as ultimately we believe this is what contributes to children’s success and happiness, and supports them to reach their whole potential. We recognise we have one of the most privileged positions ever… and that is… building human beings and shaping the society of the future.
To ensure individual needs are met, we always consider the whole child and their future end points. Not only does this enable us to support academic success but again it helps to ensure our children are happy and benefit from a broad range of opportunities and experiences tailored to their individual needs to develop well-balanced individuals. This year has seen us develop our Forest School learning to support children’s wellbeing, and their connection with nature to help restore peace – so owning wellies and a warm coat are essential!
