The hours will be 8:30 – 15:30, Monday – Friday. This Teaching Assistant role offers the opportunity to work in a rewarding environment where you will be able to have a positive impact on the lives of young people. The appointed Teaching Assistant will be passionate about education and able to tailor teaching approaches to the need of the pupil. No experience required, only a love of education! The key responsibilities of the role include: • Implementing effective behaviour management techniques. • Working closely with all educational staff to promote the learning and welfare of all students • Ensuring students social, emotional and academic needs are met. • Monitor and track students' progress, providing regular feedback to both students and staff. • Safeguarding and ensuring the welfare of all staff and students INDDEV
