This post is within the non housing property maintenance team which deals with all aspects of reactive and planned maintenance for the Councils non housing stock. The role will involve picking up reactive maintenance repairs via the Councils electronic reporting system, order writing , specifying and checking works on completion followed by invoice payment to contractors.
