Experienced Property Maintenance Manager - Private Family Office

Exciting opening for a bright, confident and highly organised Property Maintenance Manager to join the property team of a Private Family Office in Mayfair. Responsible for all maintenance management, you will focus on both the planned and reactive maintenance tasks of an owner and family occupied portfolio.

An exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, close knit team, the ideal candidate will have a strong support / property background to date. Ideally you will have worked in a similar position withing a property environment and if not - have a very keen interest and a strong willingness and ability to learn quickly.

Excellent communications skills, a strong acadmic background and a flexible and resourceful approach to your work are essential.
