A friendly and caring school in Blaenau Gwent, who passionately care about the well-being of their staff and students, are looking for a Level 3 or above Teaching Assistant to join their friendly school team The role would involve working with the ALN base, and they are ideally looking for someone who has Emotional Learning Support Assistant / ELSA experience.

The ideal Level 3 Teaching Assistant will have the following:

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting Additional Learning Needs (ALN) students.
• A Level 3 or above NVQ or CACHE Qualification.
• ELSA or Thrive Experience.
• A caring and empathetic nature.
