Teaching Assistant - Secondary School

Aspire People are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a successful Secondary school in Grantham on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday (Apply online only) with temp-to-perm options on offer for the right person.

Responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with teachers to support the delivery of engaging and effective lessons
Assist students on an individual or group basis, providing guidance and reinforcement
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student progress
Support the management of classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a Secondary School setting is preferred but not essential
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Possession of an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
