Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning concepts and provide additional support as needed.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and valued.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and patience when working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo relevant training and professional development.
