This Ofsted outstanding specialist community school local to you is currently seeking a permanent teaching assistant to join there warm and welcoming school. This is your opportunity to join a school recognised for making a difference, standing apart from the norm and showing true commitment to offering a education to SEN learners that meets every learners specific needs. This school boasts a bright and modern setting, brilliant resources, facilities that most schools would dream of and grounds that allow the learners to have access to exceptional outdoor sports and activities. The school supports learners with complex SEN needs and currently has capacity for 110 learners between the ages of 5-16 years.

This position is needed on a permanent basis and is a full time opportunity. Applicants for this position must be available Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm. Full training will be provided and you will have immediate access to free and fully funded qualifications. This school and team is invested in the staff's futures as well as the learners.

  • Supporting learners with SEN on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
