Tradewind Education is seeking Teaching Assistants with Team Teach training to join our team in a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) school in Kirkby. This role involves supporting students with severe learning difficulties and challenging behaviour in a nurturing and inclusive environment. The ideal candidates will have completed Team Teach training and possess a compassionate attitude towards supporting the diverse needs of SEND students.

Requirements:

• Team Teach training certification
• Experience working with students with severe learning difficulties and challenging behaviour
• Ability to provide personalised support to meet the individual needs of SEND students
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
