Teaching Assistant

* Collaborating with the teaching team to monitor and track student progress.
* Ensuring the safety and welfare of students during school hours.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is advantageous but not mandatory.
* A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational setting.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Qualifications: A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or any other equivalent qualifications would be beneficial.
