As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting students, prioritizing their safety and enhancing their learning journey. You'll embody and promote positive values, attitudes, and behaviors while collaborating closely with the class teacher. Your responsibilities will include providing support to individuals or small groups, preparing the classroom for lessons, and monitoring student progress to communicate effectively with the teacher.
We're seeking a candidate who is deeply passionate about education and committed to nurturing the personal growth of students. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary School is essential, with a preference for those with experience at the KS2 level.
