Aspire People are looking for Teaching Assistants (TAS) for day-to-day supply, full/part time, short/long term contracts and permanent work in Loughborough and surrounding areas.
Aspire People have strong partnerships with schools across Loughborough and we are looking to recruit experienced Teaching Assistants (TAs) that are enthusiastic, passionate about education and wanting to make a difference.
We are looking for Teaching Assistants that are happy to work in a classroom to assistant the teacher, 121 support or interventions groups with EYFS/KS1/KS2 students.
The successful Teaching Assistant must have good knowledge of the national curriculum, creative, forth coming, hands on and hard working. They must be able to think on their feet, be flexible and adaptable to the student abilities and changing environments.
We work with a wide range of schools ranging from mainstream, SEN, academies and independent schools.

Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant
- CACHE Level 3
- BA Education Studies

- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
