(1 post at 30 hours, 1 post at 25 hours and a third post at 15 hours per week at NJC Point 3 £12.1126 per hour)
Three Teaching Assistants are required to care for statemented pupils with Special Educational Needs. The posts are for 30, 25 and 15 hours per week to provide assistance to teachers both in and outside the school. Basic caring duties at the current rate of NJC Point 3 £12.1126 per hour.
Essential Criteria
- Knowledge of duties and responsibilities of the post;
- Good communication skills, both written and oral;
- Reliable, patient, sympathetic and able to show empathy
- Maintaining reports of pupil welfare including the proficient use of email and Microsoft Word
- Ability to respect confidentiality
Desirable Criteria
- Experience of working in a caring capacity with children in a school environment.
