Role Overview
Providing Administrative support for the Strategic Consultancy team and Head of London Mixed Use. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing advisory team. The successful candidate will be an excellent team player, with strong organisational and communication skills, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will have a can-do, upbeat approach, who is proactive in assisting and problem solving. The role will be based at Head Office, near to Oxford Circus station. Strong Word, PowerPoint and excel skills are a prerequisite.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide full administrative support for the Head of London Mixed Use Director’s daily schedule, including planning of workload, diary management, arranging internal and client meetings, booking meeting rooms
• Develop strong and positive working relationships and communication with internal and external departments and organisations on behalf of the Head of London Mixed Use.
• To maintain a confidential and efficient filing system for the Head of London Mixed Use
• Maintaining key client contact lists on CRM database – Outlook & Dynamics
• Processing and submitting expense claims
• Planning of events and client entertainment
• To organise travel arrangements
• Liaising with the finance department and tracking the teams accounts/billing and expenses
• Coordinating team meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes
• Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients
• Proactively supporting with Business Development initiatives and pitching
• Updating and/or formatting schedules, spreadsheets, presentations, marketing materials and CVs
• Collating and circulating documentation ahead of client meetings, collating timesheets
• Filing, printing and binding
• Preparing agendas and taking minutes
Key Skills
- Intermediate Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fast and accurate typing
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written and customer service skills

Team Overview
The London Strategic Consultancy Team currently has 3 members, a Director, an Associate and a PA / Project Assistant. The team is newly formed as of January 2024, and is part of a growth plan for the business. The team sits alongside our development land of over 20 people, and as part of a wider London Residential Development team of more than 50 people.
