Conveyancing Admin Team Leader

We are working with a fantastic legal firm based in central Birmingham who are looking for a Head of Client Experience Team to join their successful company. You will provide excellent leadership skills and manage the Property New Business team.

To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials:

• Hold previous experience within a leadsership or sales role environment ideally within conveyancing
• Work well under pressure and be highly organised
• Show an understanding of new business working within the legal sector
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Be confident speaking with clients either on the phone or face to face
• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy
• Ensure that SLA s are met on a regular basis
• Oversee the referral fee payments ensuring of payments
• Previous experience in managing a team and encourage progression

Reporting to the Director, you ll be:

• Supervising an expanding team of 4
• Ensuring that new business KPI s are met
• Working within a fast paced environment
• Providing an excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with current and new clients
• Assist new clients with the enrolment process
• Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
• Ensure that all files are kept up to date on the CRM System and stored appropriately
• Hold regular meetings and reviews with the team members
• Liaise with fee earners to ensure a smooth transfer

Salary & Working Hours

• GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 per annum p/a DOE
• Monday Friday 9am 5pm
