Communication: The post holder will ensure a strong and robust communication process between all colleagues within the service. They will provide leadership to the team to ensure there is an efficient and confidential message handling service. ICT: They post holder will have an enhanced knowledge of software programmes used within the service. They will provide training and support to staff in use of systems, and support colleagues in resolution and troubleshooting of minor iT issues. Governance: The post holder will audit staff performance levels, challenging working practices to improve administrative functions and processes. They will monitor, manage and investigate incident reporting ensuring all Trust policies and procedures are adhered to. Staffing: The post holder will develop and promote a positive culture within the Directorate to enable continuous quality and service improvement in line with the Group and organisation objectives.
