A one-off opportunity for an organised, confident, passionate and self-starting Team Assistant to join and support the senior leadership team at an events and festival brand, working on some of the largest scale festival and event brands in the world
The Role
The Team Assistant will be responsible for administrative coordination across all of the festival brand related executions, and supporting the senior leadership team with their day to day needs.
Role Responsibilities:
- Central administrative coordinator for all team related executions and processes
- Liaising and assisting with diary management of internal and external stakeholders
- Creative contribution to brand, marketing, and sponsorship ideas
- Creating team efficiencies
- Alerting team of impending deadlines
- Preparing documents for meetings
- Supporting with Directors expense filing
- Booking meeting rooms and private office spaces
- Managing and generating internal systems
- Generating Director’s reports
- Coordination of invoicing
- Assistance for the wider team on tasks where required
- Taking minutes for Director’s meeting, and following up with actions
- Experience in an PA or other administrative role
- Must be a team player, able to collaborate and work with a collective mindset
- Ability to prioritise own schedule, and manage time cleverly, with a common sense approach
- The right person will be happy to get involved with lots of different areas of the business
- Should be accustomed to juggling serval demands from different people
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Google Drive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in liaising across multiple departments
- Attentiveness to detail, with diary management experience
Location: London (in office with occasional work from home)
Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm (Expected to work longer hours or weekends during peak volume times)
