This is an excellent role where you will be able to split your time carrying out PA duties for two partners and a wider team, while simultaneously overseeing all aspects of the office! Who you are:
This is a fabulous opportunity for a collaborative and switched on candidate who possesses superior organisation skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. You will have excellent prioritising and multitasking skills and be able to balance numerous duties for various team members. In addition, you will have very strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to greet clients and external parties in a friendly and professional manner. French speaking candidates are highly desirable!
What you will do:
- Diligent Diary Management
- Processing expenses and timesheets
- Arranging travel
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Managing facilities and deliveries
- Ordering stationery and kitchen supplies
