Your new role
A Temporary role for 3- 6 months
Working closely with the team, to provide excellent, robust administrative support to a busy team with diverse work requirements and priorities Using your own knowledge and expertise to work on a day-to-day basis, occasionally liaising with your line manager or programme lead when required
Supporting the effective delivery of national projects and programmes
Developing and maintaining good working relationships with a range of people across the business
Analysing CRN workforce and learning information and compiling documents, reports and materials based on this to highlight meaningful facts for communication and publication, ensuring brand identity and consistent language
Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems, and becoming proficient in the use of CRN information systems and software for community information and knowledge transfer,
Supporting specific initiatives, providing systems and processes that enable the creation, storage and sharing of knowledge and learning
Assisting colleagues with reports, presentations and other approaches to sharing best practices and other knowledge-sharing activities
Identifying and participating in ways of using social media to promote knowledge sharing
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent administration skills and experience.
